Please note you must first register for 2025 NEI Fall Congress before making a hotel reservation. Your order confirmation number will be required at the time of booking.

Headquarters and Host Hotels

The Broadmoor is the official headquarters hotel for 2025 NEI Fall Congress. All events and in-person check-in will take place at The Convention Center at The Broadmoor.

The Broadmoor is offering special NEI Fall Congress registrant room rates until October 4, 2025, or when sold out. In addition, our other host hotels, The Cheyenne Mountain Resort and DoubleTree Colorado Springs, also have designated room blocks.

Reservations

To receive the discounted NEI Fall Congress room rate, you must first register to attend 2025 Congress. Each conference attendee may reserve one (1) hotel room at the special rate.

Housing Scam Warning
To avoid hotel scams, please book directly with the hotel. NEI does not use housing bureaus, and none are authorized to call on our behalf.

Registration Cancellation/Change Policy for NEI Fall Congress & pre-conference programs
NEI Fall Congress registration cancellation/change policy supersedes any hotel cancellation or change policies. NEI’s policies are as follows:

Cancellation requests for your 2025 NEI Fall Congress registration must be received in writing by emailing customerservice@neiglobal.com by the below dates:

• If cancelled by 9/2/25: Full refund
• If cancelled 9/3/25 -10/7/25: Refund minus $100 cancellation fee for NEI Fall Congress and $40 cancellation fee for any pre-conference programs.
• If cancelled after 10/7/25: No refund

There will be no refunds issued after the conference begins or to no-shows.

NOTE: NEI does not allow registration transfers to future events or to other individuals.

Transportation Between Hotels and Convention Center
Courtesy shuttles will run to/from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, the DoubleTree Colorado Springs, and The Broadmoor Convention Center during conference hours only.

The shuttle schedule will be released November 1, 2025.

Parking for Conference Attendees
Broadmoor guests: Complimentary self-parking for overnight guests’ staying at The Broadmoor during conference dates. Make sure to show your meeting badge to the parking garage attendant.
Broadmoor daily visitors: Check parking fees on the Broadmoor website: https://www.broadmoor.com/the-resort/getting-here.

Cheyenne guests: Parking at the Cheyenne (self or valet) is included as part of the resort fee.

DoubleTree Colorado: Complimentary self-parking at the DoubleTree is available.
